Profile

What the bot calls you.

Used for reminders, calendar events, and when your morning briefing arrives. An IANA name like "Asia/Jerusalem" or "Europe/London" — start typing to search.

By default the bot switches languages the moment you do. Pick one here to lock replies to it even if you write in another language — you can switch back to Auto any time.

Required so the bot addresses you correctly — Hebrew and Russian speak to men and women with different word forms. "Prefer not to say" keeps the wording neutral.

The language your morning briefing is written in. Separate from the reply language above — your chat can stay on Auto and follow whatever you write, while the briefing stays in one fixed language.

Brief is a sentence or two, same as today. Detailed allows longer replies and a longer morning briefing — it still won't mention things you didn't ask about.

Connect the calendar the bot should read and write to. See why it asks for access.

Household

Share a list with one other person who already uses the bot — a shopping list you both add to, say. Add their number and they get an Accept on their own phone; nothing is shared until they tap it. Adding someone to a household never gives them access to the bot.

They must already use the bot. After you add them, they accept on their own phone.

Danger zone

Delete everything the bot has about you — your lists, reminders, calendar connection, profile and access. This is permanent and can't be undone.
